Yeah, when I first started I thought they were for children as well. But I was quickly informed that they were for ADA. If you ask anyone coming out of any other program than architecture, and they will tell you the same thing that they are for children…
What’s worse is when you draw them lower, but the contractor still calls you up questioning where toilets and accessories should be mounted…
Not to worry – in another ten years or so, a combination of multiple revisions, local amendments and the natural dimunition of memory with age, and you will be back to looking things back up again.
