Yeah, been there but you’ve gotta do them.
Prepared a proposal for one, the firm was short-listed, and we won the project – AND had the highest fee!

Your firm’s website says “The project photos and renderings above reflect just a few of the thousands of projects that have been designed and completed throughout the years by Alan T. Hendry, Architect.”
Thousands? Really? Considering Mr. Hendry started the firm in 1989, it’s been 14 years – roughly 3750 working days since then. Which means one project every 4 days!!! Very productive indeed!
Clearly I’ve been wasting my life spending months on projects!
