Many years ago the firm I worked for had open office and we faced each other across a 5′ partition wall. Project Manager on the job who literally worked in the cubical facing me (we were both about midway in the row) got out of his desk. Walked around the cubicles to my desk looked over my shoulder and asked me to open a file. He then pointed to a detail and asked me to add one work to a note. Waited until I did that then asked me to print it and after it was sent went back to his desk spending more time doing nothing then if he had just opened the file himself.
