    That is SO true. After we measured a restaurant, all our equipment and clothes smelled like grease.

    I once had to field verify a morgue & autopsy room in the basement of a hospital. We threw the tape measure away afterwords.

    Did some work for a new mortuary and went to the clients existing to understand what they were talking about. Then looking over the cut sheets for the specilaized equipment In the commercial side of the profession, you get to learn about a lot of systems and processes.

    Maybe not always what we’d like to learn about but it keeps things interesting…
