    One could go to the gym in the morning, before work… even better than in the evening when one’s all worn out…

    Better yet, put on the gym clothes and ditch the car. Rode my bike/walked to work for 10 years and never gained a pound. I had to join Zipcar to get to meetings though, and not every town has that. It’s a win-win to get free exercise on one’s commute to work, plus no traffic jams, no talk radio, and a bird pooped on my head only once in ten years.

    This is funny, it sounds like the conversations I have with one of my co-workers. Except for his excuses are usually a little more extravagant.
